At Fovello, we proudly ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our delivery timeframes below.
1. Processing and Delivery Estimates
All orders are subject to a processing period before they are dispatched.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: 4–8 business days
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated from the time the order is placed.
2. Shipping Address Changes
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at fovello@gmail.com. Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, we cannot guarantee address updates or modifications. Fovello is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
3. Delayed Deliveries & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier delays, severe weather conditions, or local postal disruptions) may occasionally impact transit times. Fovello is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside of our direct control.
